Professional content writing process:

Initial Contact - An introduction email is sent from Tradie Packs to Lyndall, The Professional Writer, and you, the client.
- We Reach Out - We'll send you a follow-up email to schedule a convenient date and time for a phone or Zoom interview.
- Questions - The interview questions are emailed to you for review. There's no need to respond at this stage, as we'll discuss everything during our meeting.
- Interview - We have a chat, discussing your project and sharing detailed information about your company, clients, and work.

Draft - Using the information gathered, a draft will be prepared within 7 business days, unless otherwise agreed.

Draft Review - The draft is sent to you for your input and approval. You must respond within 7 days with any revisions or feedback.
- Finalisation - Once the copy is updated and approved, the final version is sent to you and Tradie Packs to begin the design phase
Stock photo process:
Stock photos are photographs that are licensed for commercial purposes
- Consultation with our designers to determine the appropriate image subject and style

What is the order process:
Step 1: Purchase
Purchase preferred size, option and quantity.
Step 2: Supply or Upload
Upload or provide your logo in a vector format on EPS, Ai, SVG or PDF.

> Upload via order or email info@tradiepacks.com.au or reply to order confirmation.
Step 3: Confirm Artwork Details
Advise on what you’d like included on the artwork along your logo and branding.
> Contact Details: Phone, Email, Website, Socials, QR codes.
> Specifics: License Numbers, Service Dot Points, Accreditations, Memberships, QR codes.
> Finer Details (If required): Sign In, Site Rules, Emergency Contact Numbers, PPEs etc…
Step 4: Samples or Reference
Based on the samples provided here or via the gallery, do you have a preferred sample for us to work off. (We use this a base then customise).
> Screenshot, attach or mention the company name on the sign you like.
> You can send a photo or mock up for us to recreate also.
Step 5: Confirmation
> One of the team will be in touch to confirm all details and the logo format provided is correct.
Step 6: Design and revisions
> Our design team will create your custom artwork based on the details provided.
> You will receive a digital proof for review.
> Two rounds of revisions are included at no cost (additional revisions may incur a fee).
> Once approved, the final artwork will be prepared for production.
Step 7: Production and Delivery
> Once your artwork is approved, we’ll move your order into production.
> Turnaround times vary depending on product and quantity (we’ll confirm this with you).
> Your order will be carefully packaged and dispatched via our trusted courier partners.
> Tracking details will be sent once your order is on its way.
