Who is Tradie Packs?

Tradie Packs is a branding and marketing service tailored specifically for tradespeople. We create custom logo designs, branding packs, stationery, templates, signage, websites, and professional documentation to help tradies present a credible and professional image.

What’s a capability statement and do I need one?

Ordering & Process

How do I order a Tradie Pack?

Simply visit our website, browse the available packs, and order online. You'll then be asked to complete a short design brief so we can get started on creating your brand materials.

What is the order process?

Step 1: Purchase
Purchase preferred size, option and quantity.

Step 2: Supply or Upload
Upload or provide your logo in a vector format on EPS, Ai, SVG or PDF.

Step 3: Confirm Artwork Details
Advise on what you’d like included on the artwork alongside your logo and branding.

Step 4: Samples or References
Do you have a preferred sample or reference for design inspiration (Refer to gallery or PDF samples).

Step 5: Confirmation
Our team will confirm if the logo format is correct and the artwork details have been clarified. 

Step 6: Design & Revisions
Our design team will create your custom layouts for you to review, provide feedback and make revisions. 

Step 7: Approval & Final Files
Upon finalise approval your design we will then finalise for printing and/or handover.
 
Step 8: Production & Delivery
Closing email received, production time frames outlined and tracking provided upon dispatch.

What happens after I submit my design brief?

Once we receive your brief, our team reviews the details and begins your design work. We’ll be in touch if we need more info. You’ll receive drafts for review and can request changes before final approval.

How do I send through photos or logos?

You can upload assets through our design brief form, email them to us, or share via Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer. Please email or share to info@tradiepacks.com.au

How do I provide my logo and artwork details?

During the Order Process: Below the selections on the order page, there are fields and dropdowns where you can fill out the relevant details as part of the order.

By Email: Alternatively, you can email your logo and artwork details to info@tradiepacks.com.au or reply to your online order confirmation with the necessary information.

Providing the correct logo format

How to Provide Your Logo in the Correct Vector Format:

Vector Formats:
Submit your logo in .AI (Adobe Illustrator), .EPS, .SVG, or .PDF formats. These formats are scalable and suitable for high-quality printing.

Obtaining the Correct Format:
Request the original vector file from your designer or logo provider. If unavailable, you can use Tradie Packs' logo vectorization service for a one-time fee of $200.

Importance of Correct Format:
Providing the correct file format ensures a faster turnaround, better quality results, and avoids delays in your custom branding projects.

Avoid
Raster Formats:
Do not use .JPG, .PNG, .GIF, or .TIFF files as these are pixel-based and may appear blurry when enlarged.

Can you help convert the logo into the right format?

Yes, in most circumstances we can vectorise a logo. This is the process of recreating the logo from scratch, matching fonts, symbols, colours, layout as close as possible to the original logo.

Vectorizing a logo is the process of converting a raster image (like a JPEG or PNG) into a vector image.

Cost:
Vectorizing a logo is a once off fee of $200.00

File Formats:
We will provide back the vector file formats in EPS and PDF

Future Usage:
Utilising this service will leave you better placed for future orders with both Tradie Packs and other suppliers.  

Design references and samples

Based on the samples provided via the gallery or each product page, please let us know if you have a preferred design to work from (we use this as a base and customise it).

You can screenshot, attach, or mention the company name of the design you like. Feel free to send a photo or mockup for us to recreate. Click here

Selecting the right artwork option

Design Required - Standard Selection:
This service includes our designers creating a range of layout concepts, refining your chosen concept based on your feedback, and preparing the print-ready artwork.

You will need to supply/upload your logo in a vector format along with any other details to be included in the artwork.

Reorder or Printing Only:
Select this option only if:

  • Tradie Packs has previously created your artwork, and you require a reprin

  • You have your own graphic designer and can supply the print-ready artwork based on the specifications below.

Can I see a mockup before I order? - Unfortunately No

Unfortunately No, we do not provide free mockups before an order is placed. Once an order is placed and paid for, the job is considered official. You will then receive priority based on the online order.

Can I reorder the same design later?

Yes, we keep your design files on record, so you can easily reorder or request updates at anytime.

Do you offer copywriting?

Yes, we do. We can connect you with our professional copywriter to help craft clear, engaging content for your marketing materials, website or capability statement.

Design & Printing

What if I already have a logo?

No problem! We can work with your existing logo to create matching stationery, templates, and branded materials. We also offer logo redraw or vectorising services if needed.

Do you offer printing only options?

Yes. We provide high-quality printing for business cards, signage, banners, and more. We also offer artwork-only services if you'd prefer to print locally.

Can I make changes to my design?

Absolutely. We include revision rounds in each package to ensure you're 100% happy with your final branding.

Do I own the files once the job is complete?

Yes – you receive full ownership of your final logo files and designs, supplied in multiple formats for print and digital use.

Can I get a website as part of my Tradie Pack?

Yes – we offer website design as an add-on or standalone service. Our websites are modern, mobile-friendly, and tailored to tradies who want to showcase their work online. Check out our Website options here.

Shipping, Delivery, Returns & Issues

How much is shipping?

All our products and prices you see include GST and delivery.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to dispatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

Transit and delivery information

Tracking:
In most cases, we can provide tracking for your delivery once your job has been dispatched. We will pass on as much information as possible.

Possible Delays:
If you have not received your delivery within a reasonable timeframe or if the tracking is not updated, please contact us. Couriers do not always notify us or the supplier of issues, so we may not be aware of delays.

Couriers Used:
Our suppliers use various courier companies within Australia, including interstate couriers, local same-day couriers, and in some cases, Australia Post.

Our Location & Transit:
We are located in Melbourne, and most of our suppliers are also based in Melbourne or on the East Coast of Australia. Please consider interstate transit time based on your location.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us right away. We guarantee the quality of our printing and we want to know right away if a quality control issue has occurred. In some circumstances orders can be damaged in transit.  

Email info@tradiepacks.com.au any photo evidence and one of our customer service staff will respond to you personally to fix the problem. It’s extremely rare, but normally our suppliers can provide reprints or replacements as soon as possible. 

Do you deliver overseas?

At this stage, Tradie Packs delivers within Australia only. If you're located overseas and interested in our services, please get in touch — we can often provide digital design files or discuss alternative delivery options.

Can I pick up my order?

We don’t offer a pickup option at this stage. All orders are shipped directly to your address to keep the process smooth and efficient. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is on its way.

Returns policy

In the rare event your order is damaged, incomplete, or contains errors, please contact us at info@tradiepacks.com.au. Include photos of the issue so we can take appropriate action. In most cases, we can offer a reprint or a discounted price for a reorder if something was missed. Tradie Packs' refund policy is outlined in our Terms & Conditions. Please review these terms for details on when refunds may be provided.
