What is the process:

  1. Once the product is purchased
  2. Our team will check the order and issue a design brief via email
  3. You must fill out the design brief via the link provided on the email
  4. After the design brief is submitted, our team will send a confirmation
  5. Your project is scheduled with our designers
  6. Logo concepts are provided
  7. Our team will liaise with you via email and phone to make any refinements
  8. Upon approval the logo, we then move onto the next branding items
  9. Full logo library and brand guidelines are provided via email on completion
  10. Domain purchased, hosting and G Suite setup provided by us
  11. Social pages setup and finalised with logins provided
  12. Once approved any printing is ordered
  13. Closing emails sent and supply of any electronic files and logins via email
